Nanny Niche is owned by Deborah Nichols who is not only a professional, but a working mother. With an M.S. in Psychology and a background in working with children, Deborah understands firsthand the struggles that families face when searching for a qualified, loving, childcare provider.

After the birth of her son and the various challenges she faced being a working mother, she set out to provide a service for the community. A service that would assist families in knowing that the care provider they choose has been screened, allowing them peace of mind when leaving their children in someone else’s care.
